hey GS,

this is one of the best Non-technical group discussion. i am not in my 40s,
but yeah, i agree that Age should not be the factor, i am 29, and i m quite
a late in my career, i failed often in my academics, but never quit, i
finally nailed it, i m givin my frist attempt on 10th, i dont have a group
to study along wid me, im preparin solo, so sometimes i get tired n bored n
scared, but as said U R NOT BRAVE IF UR NOT SCARED, so here i am, goin to
finish my journey n hit the spot on 10th, im not worried abt the result but
my performance on the lab day, n ya, i always prefer to be a hardcore CCIE
rather being just a certified one, as Scott says, STUDY HARD N BE EVIL, ur
skills n experience is the most important, Certification is just a paper, if
u fail first time doesnt prove that ur not good at it, anyways, keep it up
all of u guys, n its not about how u look but how u feel inside...

cheers,

Kalpesh
