Guys,
Don't take this as complaining, but wouldn't think there is more than one
answer to a question, and someone else's interpretation may be different
than your's? I have went over my questions and I know for a 100% fact that 3
of them were good solid answers, and one of them could not be answered
correctly, because of what was asked. I labbed it up, because I didn't quite
get what they were asking. That means your chances of passing OEQ's went way
down, because of that. "OH, you can miss one" <-what a joke that is!
I look at it like this. You come to my company and enquire about a position.
I ask you 4 questions and decide whether your right for the job or not. Then
I set you down in front of a pc and say configure xyz and you do just fine.
Wow this guy kicks ass at configuring lab equipment, but his answers did not
match what I specifically was looking for.
I can't hire this guy, he did not get those 4 questions right! What would
you say? My Answer: I would ask you more questions, but that's just me.
Just my thoughts :)
