Let me correct item #3.

If you posted "your question that YOU RECEIVED"...

It's actually impossible to impose an NDA on someone who did not receive
that information as part of the NDA they signed.

If that's the case GS is in trouble since people bring up questions here
that look... familiar.

Back in the day of military clearances... we received clearances for
information and for that information we "COULD NEITHER CONFIRM NOR DENY" and
that was that.

My dad used to tell me that if I did not see then how could I repeat it as
truth.

At that point it is hearsay.

Ever been to court yet.

Evidence based on the premise that is not explicitly your own is considered
hearsay and thus neglible.
