Exaclty.

It's not fair to of me to challenge the CCIE's and their program either.
Everyone had to pass in their own due time and all had advantages and
limitations.

I've answered a few of the Q offline as they were presented to me.

Cisco did say people have the right to challenge and the the right to open
cases.

We are the customer.

Becoming CCIEs makes us the product.
