elimitate the post dialing wait

Hi experts,

I am suing UCME, even I have an exact match dial-peer, but I still have to
wait 5 seconds to forward the call to the PSTN, any help about that, because
I contacted Cisco technical's several times, and they don't have ideas to
eliminate the 5 seconds of waiting????
