Dude, the OEQ's arn't that bad. If you don't understand something, just ask
the proctor for clarification.
In the words of my proctor, "If you didn't cheat on the written, you should
have no problem with core knowledge."
My experience has proven that. Do some flashcards, memorize some crap you
don't really care about.. and pass it. Yes, it is helpful to understand what
the hell Stuck in Active means and how it is triggered.
Btw, not to advertise, but I used IEW's prep for the OEQ. It was great for
realizing areas that I didn't think of. If you're really having problems
with OEQ's, hit me up unicast and I'll give you a lesson plan of crap to go
over.
And finally, if you think you should have gotten the OEQs, open a case. The
worst they can do is say "no".
