Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Obviously, we are all
really disappointed to hear about this!
Did you ace the config portion? Do you feel you answered 3 out of 4
correctly? If you answered yes to both, you need to open a support
ticket immediately with Cisco. We just had a student pass after doing
this. He did not even have to pay for a re-read.
If you struggled with the questions was it their vagueness? I hope
Cisco is not returning to remote trivia...
