Very true... But I'd put that in the category of not spending a lot of
time getting too fancy when there's no bonus points involved! Solve
things as simply as possible within the constraints of the lab.

But if you know how to use it, and like using it, and don't have to
waste a lot of time on it... Sure, it's viable.

But don't stress out over it!
