Hi Cedric,

I believe you can bring in your own drinks ... like redbull.

For your QOS issues ... try to get it under controll the last week
because this is really important.
Try to find a shortcut on the different wording and what to use for QOS.
Maybe it's handy to set up a list or table ... and study that.
WHat is very handy is one of the sheets Jermy Strech made:
