Hey guys,

It looks like it is working the way I would expect. Remember in frame-relay
traffic-shaping the Tc is also dynamically configured by your router
depending on what values you use for CIR and Bc based on the formula Tc =
Bc/CIR.
Using that formula with Bryan's examples I see the same results.

1) 7952/56000 = 0.142s
2) 8000/64000 = 0.125s
3) 128000/512000 = 0.25s

So I guess we can say the "default" is .125s if that is the way you are
configuring your CIR and Bc : )
