doubt on logging debug-trace command

Due to one of the requirment I have "logging monitor error" command already
configured in my device. There is another requirement in question which says
"make sure that debug messages do not appear to a monitor session". Solution
guide has 'loggin debug-trace' commands as an answer to this requirement.

My doubt is if I already have "logging monitor error" command configured
then in any case debug messages will not be sent to monitor session then why
do we need logging debug-trace command?

Debug messages are generated as severity level 7 messages. They appear in
logs with the syslog message number 711001, but do not appear in any
monitoring session.
