Hi Jose,

Sorry If my question was not clear.I forgot the enable password actually.and
dont have any physical access to the router.but it is connected thru the
access server 2811. I am accessing this device through the access server .Is
there any way to reload a router from its access server by sending reload or
anything else on earth to reload it????

I don't quite understand what you mean Naufal ,

Do you mean you are accessing the router and forgot what the enable
password is so cant get into Privlaged Mode ( router# ) , or your only able
to access the SW1 and not able to connect to the Router to managed it ?

Is the issue related to you forgetting the password, or it it related to
you not able to reach your device over the network ?
Just remember , you can have CDP connectivity which is Layer 2 , without
having Layer 3 connectivity which is needed for you to managed your device
over the network.
So you being able to see it via CDP is good thing as it tells you the
device is on, interface is up and you are to reach it via L2, but does not
necessarily mean you can reach it's via L3 :)
