I don't quite understand what you mean Naufal ,
Do you mean you are accessing the router and forgot what the enable
password is so cant get into Privlaged Mode ( router# ) , or your only
able to access the SW1 and not able to connect to the Router to managed
it ?
Is the issue related to you forgetting the password, or it it
related to you not able to reach your device over the network ?
Just remember , you can have CDP connectivity which is Layer 2 ,
without having Layer 3 connectivity which is needed for you to managed
your device over the network.
So you being able to see it via CDP is good thing as it tells you
the device is on, interface is up and you are to reach it via L2, but
does not necessarily mean you can reach it's via L3 :)
