During OEQ

Hi All,

   I am not sure whether this is addressed before,if not kindly let me know
your comments.During OEQ in the Lab,will we have command prompt access to
the PC(The intention for this question is,I leaned that we could use
nslookup 224.0.0.x from the command prompt and find out for which purpose
its been used for,like ex: as below

C:\>nslookup 224.0.0.5
*** Can't find server name for address 192.168.1.1: Non-existent domain
*** Default servers are not available
Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.1.1
Name: *OSPF-ALL.MCAST.NET*
Address: 224.0.0.5

Also would like to know,during OEQ will we be having access to the rack
devices alloted to us.
