Please keep in mind that some labs require FULL reach-ability at the end of
a particular section. The loopbacks are definitely part of that
requirement!
If it's not told to be advertised I would do a 'redistribute connected' with
a route-map specifying all interfaces that are missing from any routing
protocol.

Same counts for links to a backbone router where you only connect with
through EBGP, would that be part of your topology and therefore falling
within the requirement? That would be a question for the proctor as it
depends on the questioning and the requirement.
