This isn't directly determinable. Based upon the problem, you will be
supported by a different team, as well as based on where you're
calling from. Even week to week it can change.

US generally picks up around 8am est. US generally stops around 8pm
est (5pm pst). Goes to australia from there, and then over to
brussels. I don't know those exact times, but it's probably somewhere
around close of business in australia (I'm never awake during this
time).

Brussels will sometimes transfer over to the UK at some point, which
handles up to 8am est. Though if you're calling from europe, you may
get someone from europe past 8am est.

And who knows where you get routed if you're sent to the L1 teams.
