Manoj,

Here is a pretty fail-safe way to get the port channels up and you'll want to create a different group between each of the switches:

Rack1SW4(config)#default interface f0/13
Interface FastEthernet0/13 set to default configuration
Rack1SW4(config)#default interface f0/14
Interface FastEthernet0/14 set to default configuration
Rack1SW4(config)#default interface f0/15
Interface FastEthernet0/15 set to default configuration
Rack1SW4(config)#in range f0/13-15
Rack1SW4(config-if-range)#shut

*May 8 04:09:06.650: %LINK-5-CHANGED: Interface FastEthernet0/14, changed state to administratively down
*May 8 04:09:06.774: %LINK-5-CHANGED: Interface FastEthernet0/15, changed state to administratively down

I would create one channel per neighbor. Of course Interface range works as
you mentioned (channel-protocol lacp +
channel-group 1 mode active/passive) then you can provide cmds under
port-channel accordingly.
