As long as you have ethernet and serial links and as long as you can
deal with the 12.4T code in order to track/use the features from the new
blueprint, then you are just fine! (In other words, no worries there)
The XM's may lack a few things. I'd check out www.cisco.com/go/fn to
see the specifics. But MOST things will be fine, which means you can
always just rent some rack time from one of the many vendors to "target"
the things that are missing there.
