QoS config for destination-based traffic

Hi Folks,

What are the recommended ways for configuring QoS on a T1 line. Such
that traffic destined for certain destinations is preferred over the
general internet traffic.

Rolling out new T1 lines to all Branch Offices (for both the internet
& the corporate traffic & some IPSEC tunnels).
