Right Ryan 16 million :), apology for typo.

Those finding it hard to get a decent JOB after becoming CCIE in
Pakistan does not reflects that CCIE has become something very common or
easy to achieve. You cannot compare CCIE with MCSE as there is huge
difference between these two. I agree with the demand and supply mechanism,
when lets say there were may be 30 odd CCIEs in Pakistan, situation was
different, companies wanted to hire them so they can become channel partners
and benifit with the numbers. But the rate at which the number of CCIEs
coming into the market is not equal to the rate on which oppertunities are
created. Its not just Pakistan in which CCIEs have increased, its in the
whole world.

I totally agree experience is necessary, but if it was so important to have
experience to make your CCIE count, then why have Cisco not imposed any such
restriction. like if a person dont have certain years of networking
experience under his belt, he can't sit in the Exam? this is an open
question and its an answer in itself, i.e. to acheive the hight of CCIE, you
dont need to have any experience.

By the way I have seen many people who have more than 5 to 10 years of
experience failing to pass CCIE lab not just once but twice and sometimes
thrice. Believe me i am not joking guys, May be you also know a few.
