RE: OEQ - PIM Dense Mode messages?

Doyle's list seems to be the minimun that must be implemented in order for
that protocol to work
Odoms include a dense mode protocol enhancement feature called stare refresh
that prevents a pruned interface to join again a previously prunned group
from an interface to avoid going in the flood and prune behavior every 3
minute.

Read carefully each message to get an understanding
