I agree that Experience is necassery, but an experience individual is not
equal to a CCIE. CCIE is not easy at all as it has never been. I know there
always are black sheeps which spoil the credibility of things of such high
value, but dont understimate CCIE, by saying its easy to achieve.

Its not like there is no room for CCIEs in Pakistan, its because there are
not many Cisco channel partners working in this part of world. There are
only 73 CCIEs in 16 Billion population of Pakistan. So my view is that there
is a need for creation of oppertunities.

What Abdul Waheed said is correct, but for the people who are willing to
work for 70K PKR, I challenge they dont have even CCNP knowledge.
