OT....QoS Question

Folks,

We have a wireless back-up (EVDO, from VzB). It is a back-up for the
T1 from same VzB

What QoS mechanism is recommended to prioritize
Corporate-network-traffic Vs general-Internet traffic on this back-up
link ?

(Have started my prep for the IE, have'nt reached QoS. Would like to
give you folks the opportunity for recommendations ;-)
