QOS for outbound Catalyst Traffic

Hi Group,

Today i was playing around with my c3570 and trying to get it work
with outbound service-policy but IOS doesn't seems to take it.

Assuming if i have a 10mb links between 2 3750 routed port, how can i
prioritize voice traffic and ensure at least 5 mb goes to voice
packets?
