MPLS study materials for CCIE R&S Lab 4.0

I am preparing for the post Oct 18th lab and as you guys know, MPLS is
included in the blueprint now. I am searching for materials for the MPLS
topic and I've with me the Sybex CCIP MPLS book.

I am still at chapter 4 but is this book sufficient for the MPLS L3 VPN for
R&S? Anyone have any other materials to recommend?
