I am at my best when I snack every hour or so instead of eating one
big meal.

One tip I wanted to provide here is the fact that I brought three bags
of groceries to RTP with me. I stored them in the break room, and ran
and got things frequently. I did not even consider the lunch items
that Cisco provided.

I seem to remember they do two to three courses, at least one of which
is vegetarian friendly.
