Alberto,
You might get more traction on the puck.nether.net [cisco-voip] forum, but you could create a site to site tunnel or use phone proxy. Other than, I'm not sure of a way to control or signal the phones. Broadworks has an option for phones that are behind NAT, but I don't know of one natively for CUCM.

Subject: CCM with NAT
Hey GS,
I have question how I can handle the VoIP with NAT like the topology below.
A and B are registered to the same CCM.
When A calls B, A can't reach B, because A has no knowledge of B's Network
Does CCM have any feature which could fix this case?
Phone B
(IP Phone) (
172.16.0.10/24)
|
Phone A |
(IP Phone)----------------| Firewal(NAT)l |---------|-------CCM
(192.168.0.10/24)
BR,
