1. All the exam locations use the same layout of keyboard, so it will
be a US keyboard.

2. Some older version of SecureCRT is used, before tab support. You
have availability to the keyboard mapping icon, so yes you can make a
mapping.

3. send * should be available to you, if it's not, tell the proctor
and he should fix this.3

4. No you can't add bookmarks or make shortcuts, you can however open
multiple windows of IE (not by default, but you can use some
imagination for that :-). If you have multiple windows just open the
ones you'd like.

5. I'm not sure which version of IE runs, last time I didn't have
tabs, but it was quite a recent version of IE.

6. You can't take anything with you, you have to leave everything in
a locker. You can try to bring a brand new sealed pack of pencils and
ask the proctor, but he can deny it. You receive a can filled with all
kinds of writing materials, including colored pencils.

7. If the platform supports it, you can configure it. For the 'over'-
configuration you won't lose any points, but would this really matter?
I would only reload the rack once or twice and if your time management
really depends on those 1 or 2 minutes, something is wrong ;-) Please
keep in mind that the proctors will NOT reload your rack when grading!
So if something doesn't work after a reload, but does work somehow,
just pray that they will give you the points ;-) The only way a
proctor will 'reload' your rack is if you request a re-grading, then
your configs are loaded on an entirely different rack.

Hope I gave you all the answers you wanted and this doesn't break the
NDA as I didn't tell you about the contents of the lab :-)
