Hello Experts,
I am wondering if there is anyone there familiar with SAMI processors, is just
that I have this Home Agent application on two SAMI cards in different 7600
chassis, and all the mobile routes from both cards are being redistributed
into OSPF and propagated outside by the 7600's, which are DR and BDR for the
segment. So, basically adjacencies between processors on different SAMI
cards/chassis are working just fine, they can see each other and there is
fully connectivity, but between processors (from 3 through 8) in the same SAMI
card adjacency is not formed at all, there is not even ARP entries for home
agent addresses in the same card/same network, and the /32 loopbacks of every
individual processor are seen in the routing table. I have been questioned TAC
about this behavior as this does not happen with the MWAN card for instance,
which is being replaced by SAMI, but I have not received a straight answer
about, it seems this is too new out there. Hoping anyone here has any
experience with SAMI running OSPF/HA. I appreciate any inputs.
Thank you,
