Well, the rumor is that proctor in your lab does "have a say" in the
final score. I.e. if he gets the feeling that you really know what you
are talking about, it can help in the end if you are inches from
passing (say 79/80).
Please, please, please, please, please, note that I'm just repeating
the persistent rumor - not a fact!
What I can say from my experience is that proctor in the lab can be
*extremely* useful tool if you know how to use him/her.
