Re: ISP BGP Propagation

 BGP Router process will send and receive routes. BGP Scanner process checks
to ensure routes have correct NLRI. Default timer for BGP Scanner is 60
seconds. Because of this and additive along the BGP paths it will take some
time for updates to propagate.
