I did today a test of convergence with 2 lines 2 different isp.

with default timers. - it will take up to 3 minutes localy and 4 minutes
worldwide.

if you will change bgp neighbor timers to 3 hello and 20 hold-time

you will get this to 1 minutes localy - 2 minutes worldwide.

if you are just new to advertise your AS Number + Network Routes it can take
up to 3 hours and that depends where are you being filtered ... so your isp
should request from all other isp to know your AS and not filter you.
