MS Vista and TFTP Svr

I'm having problems running Solar Winds TFTP Server on MS Vista.B I Run
the TFTP server as Administrator, Start it in the Configuration menu.B
The tftp transfers time out.B Below is the output from the switch and
the log of the tftp server.
