Hi all,
        My objective is to let users surf the internet without needing to
configure proxy server in the web browser in an environment that uses proxy
servers. Meaning can Policy base routing or WCCP redirect all tcp 80 and 443
traffic to the actual proxy server for web surfing instead of needing to
configure the web browser.
