CCIE X 6 that's a good one! I think in the grand scheme of things and for
life to be rewarding we all choose paths on life's journey that make us feel
our best (I hope). If it is an MBA, PHD, CCIE, or CCIE X2, X3, X4, X5, X6
is not the point. I think that if you are sans CCIE and happy and fulfilled
as a network engineer more power to you! The happiness factor in our lives
must take some place in our priorities. Staying in university for 8 years
or more or preparing for labs in 6 different IEs is a lot of time to invest.
Would the time be better spent working 40 hours a week and investing in your
experience bulking up your hands on skills? Some think so. No right or
wrong answer here but interesting to hear opinions!
