Re: Legacy adaptive FRTS question

You should use the CIR for that calculation. You still want to send CIR*Tc
every interval when there is no congestion going on and you are not
receiving BECNs. If you set it to MinCIR you will only be sending MinCIR*Tc
every interval even if there is no congestion
