So far till date the best video I've ever watched about OSPF internals is
the one done by Faraz Shamim in Cisco Networkers 2006. This video was mainly
focused on Troubleshooting OSPF and he has authored the Cisco Press Title
Troubleshooting IP Routing Protocols. If you get a chance do watch it....
