Relay the call progress tones to the PSTN after entering the

Hello dear,

I want my customer to dial directly through the PSTN, e.g dial 9 then get
the PSTN tone and continue his dialing process. i.e. Relay the call progress
tones to the PSTN after entering the outside access code.
