No one cares. It's very small numbers. The turn-in-your-guns without
persecution socialism is boring. The only people that care are the people
not abiding by the rules. FYI, it's not a lot of people.

Want something that's relevant?

Maybe Brad and his peers need to focus on their software theft as opposed to
the very small amount of CCIEs that do not conform to Cisco's rules and
certification and/or partner agreement.

Quite ironic, huh Brad? Why don't you report on software theft within your
"industry" that costs Cisco hundreds of millions a year? I know you are
listening from your little perch over at IP Subnet. Say when...

Run with that...there's more than enough there to make a book and something
that really relevant to the market and everyone's pocket.

Subject: OT: CCIE Amnesty Program - Brad Reese

Looks like Brad Reese went to the trenches to uncover the "Mystery of the
CCIE Amnesty Program" offered by Eman Conde (The CCIE Agent) and Cisco.

Anyone wanting to keep up with the full details should go here:

It's where I was directed earlier this evening and asked to post that Brad
was lying.

Well he gave his sources...

Looks like the CCIE Amnesty Program died tonight.

Seems an anon post mentioned that this does not mean there would not be one
in another 6 months or so...

Maybe...

Just not yet, it seems.

Hey, I expect the flamers from the "Zoo Crew" will have a field day with me
on this one... so do note I put the "OT" in the subject line for those who
could care less about this melodrama.

Brad did a commendable job of maintaining his dignity and professionalism
and swatting the flies...

We all agree renting the cert is bad for the profession. No doubt.

We just don't need someone else to profit from our mistakes.

For the dimwits who are coming... If you are here - you know what unicast
means... or maybe you don't?

I just posted since their was such a tremor previously.

We can let this die after the fact... just informational.
