Nnnaaaaahhhhh. Total points. There's been some talk about v4 being 80%
"per section" but that "section" means 80% for OEQ, 80% for
Troubleshooting and 80% for configuration. That hasn't been finalized
though.

But until then, it's 80% total, or 80 total points!
