Hi Naufal,

Catalyst 3550/3560 QoS is definitely something you should be familiar with.
I recommend taking some time to read through the QoS section of the
3550/3560 configuration guides. Everything you need should be there. Keep
in mind, for v4.0 we only have to worry about 3560's. There are some
differences.
