I totally agree Hammer -- Being dependent on the DocCD for your basic core
tasks is definitely fatal as you found. My advice is to try and get to the
point where 85% + of what you need to do for basic technology configuration
is in notepad or with some use of the IOS help. These things need to become
second nature for you. Please let me know if I can help you out moving
