Gday Gary,
If your underlying theory is solid then I don't think you can really
go past "MPLS Configuration on CIsco IOS Software" as far as having
lots of scenarios and examples..
Another good one is "MPLS Fundamentals" however there is more theory
in this one and less scenarios but I found it complemented the above
when I wanted to review or understand a little more about the
mechanics.
If you want to spend time on the BGP side of things a little more -
then have a look at "BGP Design and Implementation". It covers more of
the finer points of BGP both in ipv4 and vpnv4 world.
As far as CCO is concerned, I have a bunch of links. Some are good -
some not so good. I can unicast them to you if you want as they're
embedded in an excel I keep with all my SP notes.
