That's bad advice friend.
The proctors in the grading timezone will certainly take your configs from the place you sat the lab and put them on another rack BEFORE the grading starts...all this of course means if your solutions have not been tested against a restart- you'll not have the points to past.
A better idea is
1. reload before lunch, make sure the "morning tasks" are good, Switching, IGP's, any redistributions come to mind.
2. reload right before your self-check begins. This is 2:15pm to 2:30pm in RTP, or 3:30 to 4:00pm in SJ.
You must be certain you have the points by 1 hour to go, or you have probably only a very slim chance to pass.

Do not reload any of the routers/switches/etc. unless it is absolutely
necessary!!!. If you have to reload, make sure you make a backup of your
config and make sure you know how to skip the startup-config from rommon in
case the router starts to crash during bootup, which happens usually due to
a corrupted startup. In which case, the backup that you made would come in
handy ;)
