I think that while studying for the lab - there are a lot of "bad habits"
that can develop. A lot of folks tend to err on the side of caution and
throw extra or unneeded configuration in "just in case" when in fact if
you
take the extra time to know and understand what the "just in case"
commands
actually are doing then there would not be a "just in case".

I always love going into a companies network to do some work and seeing
that
"guy that was there before" was studying for the lab!!!
