Hello Singh,
                   Check this example, the Ether-channel is up , and will be
up unless you apply the cmd *mls qos*.
.
Which will break the ether-channel immediately, as both links got different
QOS HW capabilities in the tx queues

these 2 devices have an ether-channel up, the ether-channel is connected on
2 different line cards for redundancy.
one line card having a CFC module * [type = 2q8t]* and another having a
DFC module. * [type = 1q8t]:*

*6509-MLS1#sh etherchannel port-channel | b Index*

*Index Load Port EC state No of bits*

*------+------+------+------------------+-----------*

* 0 55 Gi7/11 On 4*

* 1 AA Gi8/11 On 4*

* *

*OBR-6509-MLS1#sh mod | i Dist*

* 7 Distributed Forwarding Card WS-F6700-DFC3C SAL1202CB3F 1.0 Ok*

* 8 Distributed Forwarding Card WS-F6700-DFC3C SAL1201BQSQ 1.0 Ok*

*6509-MLS1#*

*6509-MLS1# *

*6509-MLS2#**sh etherchannel port-channel | b Index*

*Index Load Port EC state No of bits*

*------+------+------+------------------+-----------*

* 0 55 Gi8/11 On 4*

* 1 AA Gi9/11 On 4*

* *

*6509-MLS2#****sh mod | i Dist*

* 7 Distributed Forwarding Card WS-F6700-DFC3C SAL1202CB31 1.0 Ok
( NO DFC cards , just CFC )*

*6509-MLS2#***

**

*6509-MLS2#****#*sh queueing int Gi7/47 | i type

* Transmit queues [type = 1p3q8t]:*

* Receive queues [type = 2q8t]:*

Hope this might help :)
