Two types of Denys .. IP and NON-IP
If you deny NON-IP then there is an Implicit deny for NON-IP. But IP traffic
is Unaffected
but..IF you DENY IP traffic, then there is an IMPLICIT deny for IP and
NON-IP goes thru Unaffected
and if You deny or allow both BOTH IP and NON-IP then u gotta permit all ..
