Hi Charles,
It's my understanding that the no frame-relay inverse-arp will keep the
device from trying to dynamically detect distant end devices. I also
understood that there is no command that will prevent an interface
running frame encapsulation from responding to an inverse-arp request
and thus creating a dynamic link to the device it responded to.
That's my understanding of how it works anyway.
