You are correct on the training part. We are already a large MPLS shop. I
guess I'm just not asking the question right. It seems to me that the R&S
and SP are becoming more and more similar. I was curious if anyone else saw
it the same way.

But it 'will' happen. Your boss will make sure of that and he will be

an nice time with his family while you scratch your head about making it
all
work!
