My proctor said that during our pre-lab talk... not sure if this is NDA but
as long as everybody is saying that....'They don't reload them.

I also think, however, that it is good to be on the safe side. If you are
confident about your work, everything should keep working after a full rack
reload. And it did ;)

But for the love of God, do that with some spare time. Should anything go
bananas during your reload, you might go into problems (and they will not
take responsability on that, they never told you to reload in the first
place).
